Wrestling

It was a long, long, looooong day for Bria today. Cameron had a wrestling tournament in Forsyth, Montana, which is about four hours away. We spent the night in a hotel last night, then Cam was at the gym by 7:30. The rest of the family went out to breakfast and then followed behind, getting there shortly after 9.

There were lots of strange new people, and lots of noise...so of course she barely slept all day. She got passed around so all the moms (and some of the kids) could snuggle her, and she watched the kids wrestle, and got lots of walks in her stroller. She was worn out by the time it was finally time to head home!

First show

Bria went to her first play at Entertainment, Inc! today. She "saw" Dial M for Murder...but really she slept through the entire show like a perfect angel. She didn't even wake up when the cast came to meet her afterward!

Bria had an appointment this morning to see how big she is getting. She's growing fast!

This morning Bria weight 9 pounds, 12 ounces (4.42 kilos). She is 21 1/2 inches long (54.61 centimetres).

We were really happy - and proud - when Bria started sleeping about six hours a night in December. How thankful for the solid chunks of sleep we were getting!

Well, it only gets better. It seems that now Miss Bria is sleeping through the entire night - about eight to ten hours. What more could we possibly ask for!? As soon as Mom manages to get on the same schedule, we'll be all set!

New toy

I have a new toy - a pair of rattle booties I wear on my feet. I haven't quite figured out how they work, but I love to kick my feet against the ground anyway, so they are giving me lots of giggles.

Sick baby

Rough day for Bria. She has been struggling with a cold for about two months (most of her life!), and today she is feeling really yucky. She is snuffing and huffing and having a difficult time breathing, and now the poor little one has a yucky cough, too. She doesn't want to be left on her own, and wants to comfort nurse almost constantly. Our poor baby girl! It just wants Mommy and Daddy want to cry!
